Agricultural Research Assistant



We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Agricultural Research Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Agricultural Research Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of research projects related to agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing research projects related to agriculture
- Conduct field work and collect data on crop growth, pest/disease control, soil quality, and other related areas
- Perform laboratory analysis on collected samples
- Compile and analyze research data using statistical software
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations on research findings
- Stay updated on current agricultural practices and trends through literature reviews and attending seminars/conferences
- Collaborate with other team members to develop innovative solutions for agricultural challenges
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during field work and lab experiments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in agricultural research or a similar role
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and presentation using statistical software such as SPSS or SAS
- Knowledge of current agricultural practices and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license

Salary: $1500 per month

This is a full-time position based in Abu Dhabi. We welcome applicants of all nationalities but proficiency in English is required.
