Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 - 10 years’ experience in an aerospace maintenance and aircraft operating environment.
• Preferably at least 1 year in a similar supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Monitor plans and coordinate with end-users for the assigned area.
• Provide on-the-job training and performance reviews to subordinates.

Skills

Expert in maintenance processes and procedures

Knowledge of OEM maintenance manuals

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or equivalent

Technical Diploma with skill level 7 - 9 QC

Train the Trainer or equivalent
