Job Description:
  • Provide comprehensive day-to-day administrative support to the VIP Select Sales team.
  • Prepare, process, and follow up on sales contracts, invoices, and all related documentation.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate, timely client and sales information.
  • Generate, compile, and distribute regular and ad-hoc sales reports.
  • Manage client communications via phone, email, and other channels with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure proper filing, organization, and secure storage of all sales-related records.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Marketing) to support seamless workflows.
  • Monitor order status, track deliveries, and provide timely updates to clients and the sales team.
  • Draft, edit, and format letters, correspondence, and other written communication.
  • Prepare presentations and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of office management and basic sales principles.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, oracle or similar is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
