Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Overview

We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant who’s organized, reliable, and has solid hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics. Someone who has already worked in a recruitment agency and understands the pace, the follow‑ups, and the coordination that comes with it.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily admin tasks including emails, scheduling, and document management
  • Enter, update, and track candidate and client data in Microsoft Dynamics
  • Support recruiters with interview coordination, candidate follow‑ups, and CV tracking
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and status updates using Dynamics
  • Maintain internal databases, records, and recruitment‑related documentation
  • Coordinate between candidates, clients, and internal teams
  • Assist with general office operations and provide support to management
Requirements
  • Experience working in a recruitment agency (mandatory)
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or a similar role
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
