Job summary

A healthcare staffing company is seeking a qualified Nurse to provide comprehensive patient-centered care in a home setting. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or GNM and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include ongoing health assessments, medication administration, and patient education. The salary is AED 4500 per month plus accommodation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in home care, critical care, or medical-surgical nursing.
• Must be currently registered with the Department of Health (DOH) in Abu Dhabi or the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
• Proven competency in airway management, tracheostomy care, suctioning, and emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing patient health assessments.
• Develop, implement and update individualized care plans.
• Maintain a patent airway including regular suctioning using sterile technique.
• Administer prescribed medications via various routes and monitor for adverse effects.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and lifestyle adjustments.
