A performing arts education provider in Dubai is seeking a part-time Actor and Drama Teacher to develop lesson plans and conduct acting classes for students aged 4-16. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of mentoring experience and a mentor certification. This role offers approximately AED 100 per hour with 5-7 hours of work per week.

Overview

Position: Actor and Drama Teacher (Part-time). Location: Dubai. Salary: Approximately AED 100 per hour. Hours: 5-7 per week. Driving/relocation: Ability to commute to Dubai or relocate prior to starting (Required).

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans and conduct acting classes suitable for all ages, teaching students aged 4-16.
• Provide stage training including stage speech, diction and voice; focus on attention, creative imagination and fundamentals of stage movement.
• Lead open lessons, organise and participate in events, celebrations and competitions.
• Give pupils feedback, critique, motivation and support.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year mentoring (Preferred).
• License/Certification: Mentor (Preferred).
