Job description

We are looking for an Accountant with Russain language!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and financial record-keeping.
• Managing accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Process and record vendor payments, utility bills, and staff reimbursements.
• Support in monthly owners’ payout reports and ensure accurate settlements.
• Maintain accurate accounting entries in line with UAE VAT regulations.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for payment-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Strong experience in payment processing, reconciliations, and bank dealings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (experience in 1C is an advantage).
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and Tax laws and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English (Russian is a plus).
