We are hiring an Accounting Manager to oversee end-to-end accounting, taxation, and compliance activities for a Free Zone company operating in a regulated industry. The role will also supervise a Junior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL) and ensure data accuracy
• Manage VAT, Corporate Tax, and Excise Tax compliance in line with FTA regulations
• Handle customs-related processes, including Customs LC accounts and documentation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)
• Perform bank and petty cash reconciliations; manage LCs and fund transfers
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations
• Manage financial and regulatory documentation for shipments (BOL, entry/exit documents)
• Ensure weekly reporting via ERP systems and OneDrive
• Supervise and mentor a Junior Accountant

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience with FTA regulations, VAT, Corporate Tax & Excise Tax
• Strong customs and Free Zone experience (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with audits, ERP systems, and banking instruments
