About the team

You will get to be part of a dynamic and autonomous team from Careem veterans to new tigers who joined on a mission to build Careem Food all aligned on the same values of ownership, shooting to the moon and being of service to customers, partners, colleagues and captains.

What you'll do
  • Business Growth and Account Strategy: Drive proactive joint business planning to create value and continuous growth with top‑tier brands and local accounts. Identify new opportunities to increase revenue, profitability, and market share, while regularly conducting business reviews to ensure performance alignment and strategic growth.
  • Partner Relationships: Build and maintain long‑term relationships with restaurant partners, acting as the primary point of contact. Provide exceptional support, resolve operational issues, and optimize partner content to maximize performance.
  • Commercial Optimization: Renegotiate commission rates, manage contracts, and drive advertising sales. Create and manage promotions to boost order volume and enhance partner visibility & increase partner value.
  • Data‑Driven Decisions: Analyze account performance, make data‑backed decisions, and maintain accurate sales records, follow‑up activities, and performance reports.
  • Operational Excellence: Quickly resolve technical and operational issues to ensure partners remain live and optimized on the platform.
What you'll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related field
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years experience in Sales/Account Management
  • Excellent attention to detail, people skills and organization skills
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working
  • Strong Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Excel Skills.
  • Residency in or relocation to Abu Dhabi is a must
