Qualifications

• 3 years experience in technical service commissioning or troubleshooting in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) solutions.
• Knowledge of IT systems networking and databases.
• Training delivery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Commission ACS projects across the MEA Region.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting in line with SLAs.
• Develop and conduct technical training courses for partners and customers.
• Support R&D pilots product release testing.
• Prepare and submit regular checkpoint reports.
