The Scheduling Specialist is responsible for the preparation, coordination, and maintenance of academic schedules, final examination timetables, and academic planning datasets. The role supports institutional academic operations by ensuring scheduling accuracy, data integrity, and timely reporting across the academic lifecycle, and provides registration-related operational support, operating in a technical and analytical capacity to produce well-structured schedules, reports, and data outputs that support the effective operations, planning, and coordination of the Office of the Registrar.
Bachelor’s degree required (Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline). Master’s degree preferred.
Professional written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
