As an ICP Payroll Specialist, you play a central role in keeping Deel’s global payroll operations running smoothly and accurately. In this role, you will assist in the end‑to‑end payroll process—reviewing client inputs, processing payroll on schedule, and ensuring every employee and statutory payment is completed correctly and on time.

• Assist in client payroll, from receipt of payroll inputs to final approval and dispatch
• Ensure all employee and statutory payments are made accurately and within required deadlines
• Maintain precise and up‑to‑date customer records
• Support and deliver on internal reporting requirements, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and drive overall client satisfaction
• Contribute to the development and improvement of payroll processes, documentation, and procedures in line with evolving business and customer requirements

• 1-2 years of payroll processing experience
• Knowledge of payroll systems and tax regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to self‑manage time/tasks
• Experience with a payroll software preferred
