We're on the lookout for a seasoned and strategic Capability Development Lead to drive two pivotal projects aimed at building a robust learning ecosystem within a prominent commercial and retail banking environment. This role is instrumental in delivering capability-building initiatives across multiple clusters, with a concentrated focus on Risk Management, Audit, ESG, Sustainable Development Goals, and Sustainable Finance.
You'll play a key role in shaping the future of learning in the bank by designing, delivering, and embedding impactful learning frameworks and solutions.
