Project Manager (Night Shift | Work from Office)

About the Role:

tma is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to join our team during the night shift (12am – 9am SAST). In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of client projects, ensuring seamless delivery across internal and external teams. You will be based full-time from one of our offices in Sandton, Durban, Cape Town, or Kenya.

This role requires strong communication skills, experience with project management platforms (especially ClickUp), and the ability to maintain high-quality client engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Project Execution & Monitoring:

• Lead end-to-end project execution across all phases.
• Track progress, manage timelines, and address any risks or blockers.
• Provide consistent updates to clients and internal teams on project status and changes.

Client Engagement & Communication:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong, positive client relationships through clear and timely communication.
• Proactively identify and resolve client concerns.

ClickUp Project Management:

• Use ClickUp to manage tasks, timelines, and resources efficiently.
• Set up and maintain project boards and automations within ClickUp.
• Support and train clients and internal users on ClickUp functionality.

Experience & Skills Required:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a HubSpot partner or marketing agency.
• Strong client-facing experience and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and website development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications:

• HubSpot certifications are a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with other CRM platforms and project management systems.
• Experience in revenue operations or similar strategic project environments.
• Strong data analysis skills to support reporting and decision-making.
