A global beauty company is seeking a Sales Manager for African Distributor Markets to strengthen partnerships and drive sales growth across its fragrance portfolio. The role requires at least 8-10 years of sales experience in beauty or FMCG, strong business acumen, and proficiency in English. Lead the execution of our brand strategies and priorities through a network of third-party distributors across the African continent. Focus on strengthening relationships with current distributors while identifying new distribution and business opportunities. Develop strategic guidelines tailored to each distributor type, covering P&L management and sell-out performance. Additionally, define distributor strategies and actions aligned with their capabilities and Coty’s brand priorities, conduct thorough analyses, and establish best practices to achieve financial objectives.
As the Sales Manager ADM you will be responsible for the net revenue of your region, as well as other aspects of the P&L of your region.
