Provide a continuous input into financial and business decision-making at tactical / operational level, the completion of financial accounting reports and the day-to-day execution of financial related activities, as well as ensuring the integrity of the General Ledger and Trial balance to ensure accurate and timely reporting on a monthly basis.

1. Timeous preparation of finance lease payment run
2. Preparation of calculations for CPI rentals
3. Preparation of monthly journals
4. Preparation of calculations for volume related rentals
5. Prepare Profit and Loss report on a monthly basis
6. Prepare presentation of results for monthly exco meeting with explanations
7. Prepare quarterly road levies calculations and ensure timeous submission to the relevant road agencies
8. Road Levy Audit – Ensure audited during August every year
9. Impairment calculations on group model (November and May)
10. OneStream implementation for Energy IFRS16 leases
11. Review of quarterly contracts register prepared by business
12. Assist with the monthly exco presentation
13. Ensure the integrity of the GL accounts and the structure of the ledger
14. Prepare monthly reconciliations / schedules for GL accounts under their control
15. Prepare Monthly Income statements (Geldsake)
16. Good understanding of SAP to ensure alignment with management reporting objectives and requirements
17. Timeous and accurate completion of monthly reporting on Onestream / HFM, including intercompany process
18. Technical issues timeously identified and actioned
19. Year End and Half Year End Reporting
20. Prepare CPI Remeasurement Calculation (manual calc in Excel) with disclosures
21. Prepare other manual lease calculations
22. Perform SOX testing during testing cycles for financial reporting and GL
23. Rehabilitation Calculations for Retail & Commercial
24. Update Rehab calcs for cycle 2 and 3
25. Preparation of Stand-alone for Impairment calculations
26. Provide inputs into biannual impairment reviews for relevant CGU's
27. Ensure all GL reconciliations are performed and completed audit files are delivered for review

4-Year University Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent

Experience: 6+ relevant years

Certification: CA or CIMA is a preference
