Our client in the Financial Services industry is seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage the people side of change within a transformative IT programme. This 12-month contract role is critical in ensuring stakeholder alignment, supporting key testing phases—including integration, functional, regression, automation, and user acceptance testing—and delivering high-quality, secure, and compliant identity solutions that address core business challenges. The successful candidate will design and implement comprehensive change management plans that not only ensure quality execution and long-term sustainability but also help departments across the organisation fully realise the benefits of IT project change initiatives.
