Content Strategy: Create compelling content across multiple platforms to showcase our products and services; Identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and cross-channel storytelling.
Content Creation: Develop high-quality content: graphics, videos, stories, carousels, and copy; Manage the content calendar and maintain a consistent brand voice; Collaborate with in-house creatives and partners for campaign assets.
Platform Management & Execution: Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms; Monitor and manage community engagement; Support product rollouts through social amplification.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track key performance indicators: reach, engagement, conversions, lead generation, community growth; Deliver regular reports with insights and recommendations.
5+ years of experience in social media management, ideally in tech or lifestyle sectors; Strong strategic planning skills across multiple platforms; A passion for visual storytelling; Design ability (Canva, Cap Cut, etc.); Excellent copywriting skills; Deep knowledge of social media platforms like Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube; Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite or similar; Ability to juggle multiple accounts and campaigns effectively; Experience with paid social media campaigns.
Bonus Skills: Video editing for short-form content; Experience with influencers, B2 B partners, or premium brands.
