Job description

Develop and nurture influential relationships with healthcare professionals (GPs), pharmacists, and internal teams by coordinating interactions, facilitating knowledge-sharing, managing events, and ensuring seamless communication.

This role focuses on enhancing the quality of engagement strategies to promote optimal understanding and adoption of healthcare solutions.

Key responsibilities include HCP and pharmacist engagement, building trust-based relationships, acting as a primary point of contact, facilitating meetings, following up on queries, keeping stakeholders informed about key events, congresses, and industry updates, and providing ongoing support to pharmacy teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • HCP, Pharmacist & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with GPs, pharmacists, and internal teams, act as the primary point of contact for doctors and pharmacists, facilitate face-to-face and virtual meetings between healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and Medical Product Lead, proactively follow up on queries, keep stakeholders informed about key events, and provide ongoing support to pharmacy teams.
  • Pharmacy Engagement & Training: Develop and implement pharmacy engagement strategies, conduct training sessions for pharmacy staff, provide ongoing support to pharmacy teams, collaborate with sales and medical teams, and ensure alignment between pharmacist training and business objectives.
  • Event Coordination & Logistics: Organize and manage small-scale events, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions for healthcare professionals and pharmacists, coordinate schedules for in-person and virtual engagements, work closely with marketing, medical, and sales teams, and align event messaging with business objectives.
  • Communication & Relationship Management: Maintain an ongoing dialogue with healthcare professionals and pharmacists, ensure that all engagement activities deliver value to stakeholders, gather feedback from stakeholders to enhance engagement strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Database & Process Optimization: Maintain accurate records of HCP and pharmacist interactions, events and engagement activities, assist in refining the HCP and pharmacy engagement database, update engagement plans as new team members join, and support in updating engagement strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma
  • Experience in healthcare engagement, pharmaceutical sales, marketing, training, or stakeholder management a plus
