Qualifications

  • Moet onafhanklik kan werk en selfstandig verantwoordelikheid kan neem
  • Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal persoonlik verantwoordelik wees vir en die fisiese uitvoering van alle kern graanproduksie-aktiwiteite, insluitend:
    • Plant
    • Stroop
    • Bemesting
  • Herstel, diens en instandhouding van plaasvoertuie, trekkers en landbou-implemente
  • Toesig oor daaglikse plaasaktiwiteite en personeel waar van toepassing
  • Verantwoordelik vir ordelike bestuur van toerusting en werksomgewingsveiligheid
MINIMUM VEREISTES
  • Graad 12
  • Minimum 3 jaar ervaring in graanboerdery
  • Uitstekende meganiese kennis en praktiese vaardighede
  • Vermoë om seisoenaal onder druk te werk en bereid om langure te werk
  • Goeie probleemoplossings- en besluitnemingsvaardighede
  • Geldige bestuurslisensie
