This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in Pretoria, with opportunities for remote work flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will engage in tasks such as property sales, client relationship management, and coordinating property valuations and appraisals. The role includes sourcing potential clients, negotiating property deals, and facilitating both online and onsite auctions for various types of real estate and movable assets.
- Holding a valid Real Estate License to practice in South Africa
- Proven expertise in Real Estate, including property sales and transactions, as well as a solid understanding of real property management
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Demonstrated Sales proficiency and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive and motivated to work in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with online and onsite auction procedures and platforms is an advantage
- Knowledge of the legal and financial aspects of property transactions is beneficial
- Ability to work independently as well as in team environments
