Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join a luxury hotel based in George . This position requires a passionate hospitality professional who is service-driven detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced high-end environment.

Salary: Negotiable DOE Live-Out Position
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Maintain high standards of food quality presentation and service in line with the hotels 5-star standards
  • Manage and train the restaurant team ensuring a strong service culture and attention to detail
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to feedback or complaints
  • Handle staff scheduling inventory control and operational budgets
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance the dining experience and introduce new menu ideas
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Drive sales through exceptional service and upselling techniques
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a 4 / 5 hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
  • Solid understanding of food and beverage operations
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in POS and restaurant management software
