Qualifications

  • Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
  • Qualification in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, or a related field is advantageous.
  • 1 year of experience in an office environment, preferably within a corporate, legal, or accounting firm.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file CIPC documentation in line with requirements.
  • Maintain statutory records for client entities.
  • Track annual return due dates for all clients.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of annual returns.
  • Handle CIPC registrations.
  • Liaise with CIPC on application progress.
  • Provide general administrative support.
