Senior BPO / Project Manager
Our client is an international company providing global medical assistance and claims handling services to European BPO clients.
The company aims to expand its African Head Office in the CBD of Cape Town by appointing a Senior BPO / Project Manager responsible for overseeing all functions and controls of existing and new BPO business implementations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of management experience in a BPO Centre environment
- Experience and knowledge of Customer Service within the Insurance / Medical industry
- Advanced English communication skills – both verbal and written
- Proficiency in a second language (Italian / German / Swedish / Danish / French) is highly advantageous
Remuneration:
R35 basic (negotiable) + full medical aid + provident fund + 21 days annual leave
Primary Responsibilities:
- Contribute to customer relationship development by building and maintaining constructive relationships with existing and new BPO customers
- Provide solutions that improve customer experiences
- Oversee productivity, quality, and controls to ensure SLAs are met
- Ensure performance aligns with customer expectations
- Oversee staff availability and language requirements across platforms
- Participate in onboarding new customers and act as the main contact point for the commercial team at the head office
- Engage in contractual and financial discussions, maintaining an overview of financial flows and balances of BPO clients
- Actively participate in business development projects and monitor international trends in BPO and travel claims services
- Prepare statistics and presentations for Monitoring Board meetings
- Participate in internal automation development projects as needed
