Job summary
A leading trust management firm is seeking a Junior Deceased Estate Administrator to join their team in Blouberg, Cape Town. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a Deceased Estate Environment and the ability to draft and complete necessary documents. Attention to detail is crucial. The role involves compliance, follow-ups with institutions, and assisting with trust registrations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Deceased Estate Environment.
- Reside close to Blouberg or willing to relocate.
- Experience in dealing with simplistic Estates.
Responsibilities
- Draft letters and complete required forms.
- Follow up with various institutions and the Master of the High Court.
- Ensure documents comply with FICA requirements.
- Prepare and send advertisements as instructed.

We are looking for a Junior Deceased Estate Administrator to join our Team in Blouberg, Cape Town. Salary up to R20,
- CTC per month -Depending on Experience IMPORTANTNeed to have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Deceased Estate Environment. Need to reside close to Blouberg or be willing to relocate to this side. Attention to detail in this role is Critical Drafting of letters to institutions and completing their required forms Following up with various institutions Following up with the Master of the High Court Ensure documents comply with FICA requirements Prepare and send Adverts as per instructions Deal with simplistic Estates from start to finish with supervision from the Senior Administrator Drafting of Simplistic Wills Comply with the necessary programs (Master's Office portal, LegalEase, Microsoft etc) Invoicing Archiving of Files Scanning of all documents Witnessing of Documents Assist with Trust Registrations and Amendments General Assistant to the Directors.
