Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients booking weddings and functions, providing exceptional customer service throughout the planning process.
• Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including menu finalization, beverage selections, staffing requirements, and equipment rentals.
• Conduct client consultations, venue tours, and tastings to understand and fulfill client needs and expectations.
• Liaise with other departments and external vendors (florists, decorators, entertainment) to ensure seamless event execution.
• Develop detailed event timelines and run sheets for all assigned functions in Klerksdorp.
• Oversee on‑site event setup and service, ensuring adherence to client specifications and service standards.
