Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration or related fields.
• 1–3 years of administrative experience in a branch, operations or compliance environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration support to ensure smooth running of branch administration and risk processes.
• Assist in managing branch cash holdings and governance requirements where applicable.
• Guide customers to adopt and use electronic banking channels and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
