FNB, part of FirstRand Group, is seeking a Universal Advisor Lead to support the Administration and Risk function at the branch. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operations and guiding customers to adopt electronic banking channels while maintaining exceptional service quality.

You will implement governance, manage relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to cost efficiency. The position emphasizes integrity, learning, and collaborative teamwork within the POP framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12/NQF Level 4.
• Preferred qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative roles within branch administration, operations or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily branch administration to minimise operational risk.
• Assist in managing branch cash holdings, teller and ATM cash processes.
• Guide customers in adopting and using electronic banking platforms.
• Deliver high-quality outputs by following standards, procedures and governance.
