Job summary

FirstRand Bank Limited in Midrand invites applications for a Universal Advisor Lead. You will provide critical administrative and risk support to the branch and drive customer migration to electronic banking channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 certificate in Banking, Business Admin, or Customer Service.
• 1–3 years of administrative experience in a branch setting.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily branch administration to minimise operational risk.
• Assist in managing branch cash holdings, teller and ATM cash processes.
• Guide customers on adopting and using electronic banking platforms.
• Provide a positive customer experience with proactive, responsive service.
• Adhere to standards, procedures and governance requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Support cost-containment and resource stewardship.
• Work toward agreed performance objectives and SLAs.
• Share knowledge and collaborate with the team for ongoing development.
