The role involves providing first-line IT support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and gaining hands-on experience with ticketing systems under experienced mentors.

About the Role

Our client, a prominent IT services company serving businesses across various sectors, is actively seeking a diligent and customer-focused Technical Support Apprentice for their operations in Upington, Northern Cape . Key Responsibilities
