• Perform regular system maintenance, including updates, patches, and security checks.
• Document technical issues and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Participate in team projects and initiatives to improve IT services.
• Gain practical experience with network troubleshooting, server management, and cybersecurity basics.
• Follow established IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and system integrity.
