Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Assist with user account management, including creation, modification, and deletion of accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, support requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Support the IT team in managing and maintaining server infrastructure.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Participate in IT projects as assigned by the IT Manager.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to suggest improvements.
