Responsibilities

• Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
• Document technical issues and resolutions accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Support the setup and troubleshooting of video conferencing and other collaborative tools.
• Contribute to the maintenance of IT inventory and asset management.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and upgrades.
