Placements24 invites motivated individuals to join as an Apprentice IT Support Technician in Johannesburg. This program offers hands-on training in supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure while learning from experienced professionals.

You will provide first-level support, assist with hardware and software setup, document issues in the ticketing system, and help maintain network infrastructure within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for an apprenticeship program.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and common software applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
