Qualifications

• Proven experience in Key Account Management or senior client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated success in growing key accounts and driving revenue.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and account management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of key strategic accounts.
• Develop and implement tailored account plans to meet client objectives and revenue goals.
• Be the primary contact, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts.
• Negotiate and renew contracts and expansion agreements.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure client success.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address issues proactively.
• Analyze account performance and report to senior management.
• Stay informed on industry trends and client business developments.
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
