Placements24 is seeking an experienced Account Manager to build and grow relationships with corporate clients in Centurion. You will understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, and drive satisfaction and retention.

You will lead strategic account planning, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and measurable value to key accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client relationship role.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of corporate sales cycles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Understand client business objectives and align offerings to meet their needs.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, including upsells and cross-sells.
• Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to clients, highlighting performance and value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution for clients.
