You will develop account plans, drive revenue growth, coordinate with product, support and operations, and present value propositions to C-level stakeholders, while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing and growing key B2B accounts.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills, especially with C-level executives.
• Ability to develop strategic account plans and execute them effectively.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and deepen relationships with key clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews and present strategic insights and value propositions to senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to meet client needs.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address issues or risks to ensure long-term partnership success.
