Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Account Management or a similar client-facing sales role.
• Proven track record of growing client relationships and meeting targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
• Develop deep understanding of client objectives to provide strategic advice and solutions.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Act as main liaison between client and internal teams, ensuring timely communication.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reviews for key accounts.
