Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a strategic Key Account Manager to protect and grow its top client relationships in Upington and the Northern Cape. You will be the primary liaison, balancing in-office planning with on-site client visits to drive satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

Proven experience in account management or similar client-focused sales role.
Experience managing and growing key client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of business principles and ability to develop strategic account plans.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth targets for assigned key accounts.
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and address evolving needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and resolve client issues promptly.
Negotiate contract renewals and expansions to secure long-term client commitments.
