Placements24 is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager for a global ERP software leader. This fully remote role manages strategic enterprise accounts, driving retention, adoption of new features, and growth across a prestigious client portfolio.

You will nurture long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders, conduct regular business reviews, and coordinate with internal teams to address challenges, renewals, and expansions.

• Manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts as the primary contact for strategic and operational matters.
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve retention, upsell and cross-sell targets for each assigned account.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and department heads, within client organizations.
• Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate ongoing value, discuss client progress, and identify new opportunities.
• Proactively identify and address client challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution by collaborating with internal support, product, and implementation teams.
• Drive the adoption of new product features and services, ensuring clients maximize their return on investment.
• Collaborate with the sales team on expansion opportunities and renewals well in advance of contract expiration.
• Stay informed about client industry trends, business strategies, and competitive landscape to provide strategic guidance.
• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients within our client's organization.
