Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients from a remote setup in South Africa. You will drive revenue growth through renewals, expansions, and strategic account planning, while coordinating with sales and technical teams.

The role requires 5+ years in IT sales or account management, a strong IT infrastructure understanding, and excellent communication with C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or client relationships, IT services preferred.
• Proven track record managing large enterprise accounts and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key enterprise accounts as primary contact.
• Develop strategic account plans focusing on retention, satisfaction, and revenue expansion.
• Identify opportunities to sell IT solutions (cloud, cybersecurity, managed services).
• Conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders and demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with internal teams on pre-sales, proposals, and contracts.
• Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to exceed targets.
