Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote Project Manager to oversee end-to-end software implementations for clients across industries. This fully remote role allows you to work from home while coordinating cross-functional teams in SA.

You will plan projects, run workshops, manage scope and risks, and ensure client satisfaction from initiation to post-go-live support. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of PM experience, strong communication, and familiarity with ERP/CRM deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of PM experience in software deployments.
• Experience with ERP/CRM implementations is desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software implementation projects for clients.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
• Lead client project teams and technical resources.
• Facilitate workshops for requirements, design, and UAT.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Manage scope, changes, and post-go-live support.
