Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Construction management/ Financial Management/ Business Management/Sales and Marketing Management.
• Matric and a valid code 8 driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years in a management role with planning, scheduling and finance exposure.
• Experience with SAP maintenance/maintenance management systems is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the telecoms sector and evolving regulatory landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitors to inform pricing strategies.
• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to grow revenue.
• Communicate pricing models and value propositions to clients.
• Lead strategic negotiations for new contracts with favorable terms.
• Oversee existing contracts ensuring SLA adherence and KPI tracking.
• Track renewal timelines and renegotiate terms to retain customers.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and disputes promptly.
• Analyze usage trends to inform pricing decisions and optimize revenue.
• Monitor financial and performance metrics to drive optimization.
• Ensure on-time service delivery per SLAs and client requirements.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities and implement efficiency improvements.
