Job summary

Bidvest Facilities Management seeks a Contract Governance & Compliance Analyst to review the Master Sale Agreement, ensuring fair terms for the company and clear obligations for all parties. The role involves data handling, reporting, and risk management across business units in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has an internal audit or finance/risk qualification, 2–3 years’ experience, and familiarity with contract and commercial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Internal Audit or equivalent finance/risk management
• Grade 12 completed
• Code B driver’s license
• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar environment
• Exposure to contract and commercial reporting is an advantage
• IMS (Integrated Management System) exposure considered a plus
• MS Office (Intermediate) and SAP knowledge required

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to queries and complaints, maintaining relationships with business units and evaluating policies to improve compliance
• Review Monthly Property Portfolio listings and ensure changes are addressed by the Facility Management Team
• Prepare articulated reports for target audience from Adhoc analytical reviews
• Handle personal data with extra security precautions and adhere to legal/regulatory standards
• Prepare data for meetings and presentations; communicate data reports to clients
• Review changes to contracts to ensure alignment with language and intent and maintain data integrity
