Bidvest Facilities Management seeks a senior Business Development professional to expand revenue through new clients and strategic partnerships. You will leverage established sector relationships and the FM industry know‑how to deliver contracted revenue growth.

Responsibilities include shaping proposals, managing client relationships, and delivering monthly pipeline reports while coordinating with solutions teams to ensure profitable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Matric (Senior Certificate) completed.
• Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Sales, Business Development, Project Management or Supply Chain preferred.
• Valid SA Driver’s Licence.
• 4–6 years relevant experience in business development or sales.
• Strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Grow profit through new business, client spend and strategic selling.
• Identify leads, new markets and opportunities in Facilities Management.
• Develop and maintain sound client relationships through all sales stages.
• Provide monthly pipeline and forecast reports for management.
• Present at meetings with potential Clients and negotiate terms of BD agreements.
