Bidvestfacilitiesmanagement is seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive growth in the Facilities Management sector. You will identify opportunities, build executive-level relationships, and lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to proposal submission.

Qualifications

• Matric (Senior Certificate) is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Sales/Business Development/Project Management or Supply Chain is preferred.
• Valid SA Driver’s License is required.
• Solid experience in Business Development within FM or related industries is essential.

Responsibilities

• Grow profit levels through new business and client spend enhancements.
• Identify leads and opportunities in Facilities Management Services and Bundled Services.
• Provide executive-level representation at high-level meetings with potential clients.
• Draft, review and submit high-quality proposals for FM Services and Bundled Services.
• Negotiate terms of Business Development Agreements and close deals.
• Maintain and grow relationships with current and potential clients through all sales cycle stages.
