Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Experience in Telecommunications Industry.
• Proficient with logistics software and systems (including SAP).
• Valid SA Driver's License.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Practical knowledge of Supply Chain; Basic Technical Telecommunications knowledge.
• MS Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
• Inventory management experience.
• OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management & Risk Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to support company goals and objectives.
• Manage and optimize transportation and distribution network timelines.
• Track shipments and orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels in line with warehouse operations and vehicle stock.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly audits and reporting requirements.
