About the Role Our client, a fast-paced and high-volume retailer, is seeking an energetic and organized Store Operations Supervisor for their busy **Soweto** location. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the store, supporting the Store Manager in maintaining operational efficiency, and leading a team of retail associates. You will play a key part in upholding standards for customer service, inventory management, and store presentation, all while contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise and provide guidance to retail associates, ensuring they adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory tasks, including receiving, stocking, and ensuring accurate counts to minimize shrinkage.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in staff training and development, reinforcing best practices.
