• Support training and development of retail associates, providing guidance on operational procedures.
• Monitor and manage store supplies and ensure adequate stock levels for operational needs.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for staff and customers.
