Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily store operational activities, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
• Assist the Store Manager in managing inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular inventory counts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the store premises.
• Train and guide junior staff on operational procedures, product handling, and customer service standards.
• Oversee the effective implementation of visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring product displays are attractive and well-maintained.
• Manage staff scheduling and breaks to ensure adequate floor coverage and operational efficiency.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, and handle cash management procedures.
• Address operational issues and customer concerns promptly and professionally.

• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for the Store Manager.
